Not an ARST one. There is Sun Lines Line 90, only from 15 April to 15 October: it leaves the airport at 11:10 and 17:50 and reaches Sassari, Via Padre Zirano, at 12:20 and 19:00. It costs 20 EUR per person, 5 EUR more if you pay on board, and in April and October it does not run on Sundays. For the rest of the year there is no direct coach.
Not from the airport, which has no station. First you need the ASPO city bus, lines 2 and 10, about every 20 minutes, 1 EUR (1.50 on board), to Olbia town and its station; the train to Sassari leaves from there. Check times and any changes on the Trenitalia site before you travel.
