If you land after 11:00, and for everyone from October to May, you change in Sassari: ARST 760 to the bus station and from there the ARST lines to Castelsardo, 12 departures on weekdays and 4 on Sundays, between 55 and 60 minutes. No train reaches the airport or Castelsardo.
